This year’s Equestrian.com Derby is returning to Sky Sports – while four days of action from the Hickstead Derby Meeting (23-26 June) will be livestreamed around the world on Hickstead.tv.

Sky Sports first began covering Hickstead’s international competitions back in 2005, and the directors of the All England Jumping Course are delighted that Hickstead’s most famous class will once again be available for Sky Sports viewers to watch. For those who don’t subscribe to Sky Sports, a Now TV day pass can be purchased from Sky for just £6.99.

“We’re really pleased that a broadcaster of the calibre of Sky Sports will be showing the Derby this year,” said Hickstead Director Lizzie Bunn. “It’s one class that showjumping fans really look forward to watching on TV, and with Sky Sports televising the action while we also livestream our coverage via Hickstead.tv, it ensures the iconic Equestrian.com Derby can reach a potentially huge global audience.”

Impact Media are once again producing the televised livestream from the June meeting at the All England Jumping Course, following their successful debut in 2015. The extensive coverage will include previews, interviews, multi-camera action and expert analysis from presenters Graham Fletcher, Steve Hadley and Gareth Jenkins.

The livestream at Hickstead.tv starts at 9.30am on Thursday 23 June, and continues until Sunday afternoon, with the conclusion of the famous Equestrian.com Derby. Classes including the Bunn Leisure Derby Trial, the Bunn Leisure Master's Challenge and the British Speed Derby will all be shown online. Several of Hickstead's prestigious showing championships will also be livestreamed for the first time.

Viewers will be able to watch the livestream via their computer, tablet, smart phone or via a smart TV. Hickstead.tv is a completely free service, with users needing to register with an email address to be able to watch.

The Longines Royal International Horse Show (26 July – 31 July) will also be shown on Sky Sports from the Friday to Sunday, with action from the final two days of the show also being available on Hickstead.tv.

Friday's feature class is the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup™ of Great Britain, which will be shown live on Sky Sports and will be available to watch around the world via the FEI TV subscription service.
