Nestled in beautiful Sussex countryside, and with excellent transport connections to both London airports, several mainline train stations and situated directly off a motorway, Hicktead is the perfect location for any conference: peaceful and private, yet incredibly easy to get to.

We have suites suitable for groups of 8 - 250, with various styles of seating and full catering facilities, making them ideal for complex multi-room conferencing events.

Our private hospitality boxes are ideal as breakout rooms for up to 14 delegates, and all of our facilities are within close walking distance of each other, ensuring that your event runs seamlessly. A conference planning team, staging, equipment and technical support are all available.

The Members Restaurant

With stunning views of the famous arena below, floor to ceiling windows ensure the room receives lots of natural light and air. Easily split into two sections to allow for conferencing and break out areas in the same room.

The Beethoven Suite

Maximum capacity (theatre style): 120 delegates

Maximum capacity (cabaret style): 90 delegates

Also with stunning views, and plenty of natural light, the Beethoven Suite is located next to the Members Restaurant and can be hired in conjunction with it to create a larger, more flexible space.

The Master's Box

Maximum capacity (seated): 24 delegates

Also boasting stunning views over the arena and Sussex countryside, the Master's Box has a beautiful oak boardroom table, with ample room for a speaker to stand at its head, a log burning fire, independent catering facilities and a private viewing balcony (also very handy as a smoking area!)

The Pommery Bar

Maximum capacity (theatre style): 70 delegates

Maximum capacity (cabaret style): 60 delegates

Located on the ground floor, with a large outside terrace overlooking the arena, the Pommery Bar boasts a log burning fire and an enormous bar making it the perfect location for summer or winter entertaining.

The Redmire Clubhouse

Maximum capacity (theatre style): 50 delegates

Maximum capacity (cabaret style): 60 delegates

Overlooking our Winter Polo arena, just a short walk from the International Arena, the Redmire Clubhouse is one of our most popular conference facilities. With an area side viewing deck for up to 250, and a cosy clubhouse interior with full catering facilities and wall mounted big screens, the clubhouse is ideal for a wide variety of conferencing styles, and perfect for team building activities.
