We're delighted to announce that top equestrian blogger ThisEsme will be appearing at both our international shows this summer - and fans will even have the chance to meet her, and one of her famous ponies!

ThisEsme will be doing a meet up on Saturday 22 June (12pm-2pm) at The Al Shira'aa Hickstead Derby Meeting, when fans will have a chance to meet the vlogging star.

Saturday is all about speed with the Science Supplements Speed Derby, one of the most exciting classes in the showjumping calendar, plus there’s the Hickstead Master’s Trophy and the Al Shira’aa Under 25 Masters. You can also enjoy plenty of top-class showing on this day, including the Alltech Supreme Hack Championship, while driving highlights include the Osborne Refrigerators Scurry Driving Championship.

ThisEsme will be back at Hickstead for the The Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup of Great Britain at the Longines Royal International Horse Show. At this show, she'll be doing a meet-up along with one of her famous ponies, Mickey, on both Friday 26 and Sunday 28 July from 11am-1pm.

The highlight of Friday is undoubtedly the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ of Great Britain, a prestigious team competition that gives British showjumping fans their only chance to watch their nation compete as a team on home. For the showing enthusiasts we have the highly-sought after Charles Owen Supreme Working Hunter Championship.

Sunday is the final day of this five-star show, and the feature class is the Longines BHS King George V Gold Cup, where you can watch many of the world’s best riders competing for the honours. It is also the biggest day of the week for the showing competitors, with both the British Horse Society Supreme Ridden Horse and De La Hey Family Supreme Pony Championships.

"I’m really excited to be going back to Hickstead this summer," says Esme. "I’ll be doing meet ups and vlogs from both events, as well as bringing Mickey with me for his first 'international' event in July! Hope to see lots of you there!"

As well as having the chance to meet ThisEsme, there’s something for everyone at Hickstead. Visit the new Family Zone, with fairground rides plus fun and games from children’s entertainer Tomfoolery, explore the culinary delights of Hickstead’s Food and Drink Market, and browse the vast Charles Owen Shopping Village with more than 200 tradestands. Under-fives go free, with discounts available for children and families.
