Brighton-based Samantha Holliday was chosen as Hickstead's Best Dressed Lady today at the Longines Royal International Horse Show.

Samantha wore a stunning blue floral dress with matching blue hat. She took inspiration from the ultra-stylish Villanelle, the main character from TV series Killing Eve, who wore the same dress in the series.

She took home the top prize of a luxury overnight spa break at Ockenden Manor Hotel & Spa, a glamorous West Sussex hotel.

The runner-up was Lauren Coombes from Surrey, with her Barbie-inspired outfit. She won the second prize of a stay at South Lodge, an Exclusive Hotel & Spa.

Local showjumper Charlotte Davenport from Cranleigh picked up third place, which was a tasting menu for two at Due South Restaurant

"What a brilliant turnout we had for Ladies' Day, with so many stylish guests - it was great to see so much colour and style around the showground," said the competition organiser, Rebecca Swann. "Many congratulations to our three winners and all 10 finalists, and thanks so much to our sponsors for their very generous prizes."
